Seventy St Patricks has been fully sold for some time, and was a good buy at around $1,7xx PSF average for an East Coast freehold condominium in 2014. Art Deco style elements that can be found in the new homes here include the terrazo look-alike flooring of the living / dining areas, the herringbone pattern of the bedroom floors, the classic mosaic tiles of the bathrooms, and the arched balcony facades.

Jui Residences is a mid-sized project, with units ranging from 1 to 3 bedroom apartments. The developer has decided to price at around $1,7xx PSF for the VIP Preview launch, almost the same as the 2014 launch price for Seventy St Patricks. This could possibly make Jui Residences the lowest priced brand new freehold launch in 2018. With only 117 homes available here, it should sell out quite quickly.
